1) Put the sterilizer on work station, make sure no inflammable and explosive dangerous goods around it.
2) Plug the electrical cord into the appropriate outlet. The unit must be properly grounded.
3) The red indicator light will light up when the switch is on the “High” position, the sterilizer will reach the optimum sterilizing temperature（820℃) in 15 minutes. The green indicator light will light up when the switch is on the “Low” position, the temperature of heater will fall which is about 400℃.
Note: The Bacti-Cinerator Sterilizer with a sound of “di” each 60 minutes when it uses for 3 hours, The sterilizer will stop heating automatic when it uses continuously for 3.5 hours. If you want to continue to use it, please put the switch on “OFF” position, then put the switch on “High” or “Low” position.
4) Gently insert the loop or needle, attached to an insulated loop holder, into the heater element. Avoid scraping the sides of the element to ensure the longevity of your loop and heater element. The loop should remain within the heater element a minimum of five seconds.
Use infrared heat to incinerate organic material deep within the ceramic funnel tube with a temperature of up to 900 degrees . Sterilization takes only 5 to 7 seconds.
Note:Only insulated loop holders should be used when inserting inoculating loops or needles into the heater element.
