Bacti-cinerator Sterilizer, also called “Infrared sterilizer”, adopts the heating physical characteristics function of infrared ray to disinfect tools.
Infrared ray is a kind of electromagnetic wave, which spreads outwards in the form of radiation and irradiates the items to be sterilized. The heat transfer directly penetrates from the surface to the inside. It has a good thermal effect and is particularly easily absorbed by organisms such as various germs. The bacteria absorb heat energy beyond its endurance limit and will naturally be “heated” to death.The greater the irradiation intensity, the less the number of remaining viable bacteria.
The characteristics of infrared ray: fast speed and strong penetrating power.
It is composed of a shell, a ceramic tube, an electric heating wire, a high-temperature quartz tube and a temperature controller.
The ceramic tube is cylindrical, one end is located on the top or side of the shell, and the other end is located in the shell. Both ends of the ceramic tube are equipped with an outer furnace cover and an inner furnace cover.
A temperature sensor is installed in the small round hole of the inner furnace cover.
The outside of the ceramic tube is wrapped with electric heating wire, the outside of the electric heating wire is covered with mica tape, and the outside of the mica tape is also covered with high-temperature aviation cotton.
A temperature controller and an infrared heating type sterilizer indicator are installed on the upper part of the outer rear wall; a temperature insulation plate is arranged between the temperature controller and the ceramic tube.
The furnace tube is equipped with a high-temperature quartz tube to ensure that the sterilization environment is both hygienic and safe.

(1) Connect power, turn on the switch, and set the temperature in advance for the temperature control.
(2) Preheat to the expected temperature, or wait for the inner cavity of the sterilizer to turn red.
(3) Put the front end of the inoculation loop into the inner cavity. If it turns red, the instrument can work normally.
(4) After the experiment is completed, turn off the power of the electric sterilizer.
(1) Strictly follow the instructions to avoid burns and electric shocks.
(2) When the instrument does not work, the fuse may be blown due to long-term use, and it needs to be replaced near the fuse.
(3) The long-term use of the infrared heating sterilizer will cause some ash accumulation in the cavity, which needs to be cleaned in time.
(4) After the experiment is over, turn off the power of the electric sterilizer in time.
